I found out I'm frugal, not cheap. Whew! That was a relief. Especially since I feel I need to be a valid blog author of "Frugal, Not Cheap"

So if you want my personal opinion, you stop being frugal and become cheap when:
1. Others are at a detriment because of your money decisions

I squeaked in on the upper reaches of frugal (32), but still there. Good, I guess. Some days I feel cheap. Great idea for a blog! I'll have to check in often.
I got 24, dang! I thought I was more frugal than that? I have some work to do. hehe
